How does the backup work?
We can copy data over the internet from your servers/PC’s directly
to our Data Store.
Further backups are fast because we only transmit changed data.
How long does backup take?
After the initial backup, only new or modified data is backed up, reducing
backup times.
When will the backups run?
You schedule when the backups run so there is no disruption to your work.
How does the Backup schedule work?
The Backup Schedule allows you to perform automatic, unattended backups
of specified backup sets. Via the schedules you can specify the time and
frequency of backups.
How often is my data backed up?
This is up to you and can be set using the backup schedule. Most companies
backup their data on a daily or weekly basis.
How will I know my backups have run successfully?
You will receive a detailed report via email for every backup run. This
will confirm your backup has been successful or immediately highlight
any issues.
What daily tasks are involved in the backup process?
None, once the backup schedules have been configured the backups run automatically.
We recommend that you check the emailed reports on a regular basis to
ensure your backups are running without errors.

Our entry level solutions start with as little as 1GB of data storage.
